UK's first inclusive play centre for disabled children opens near Bristol

Gympanzees, a £10m facility near Bristol, is set to become the UK's first play and leisure centre designed specifically for children who cannot use regular playgrounds. The project began over a decade ago when Stephanie Wheen set out to create it, and the team raised millions, researched inclusivity, and trialled sessions with disabled children. The doors will open soon.
