Doordash preventing us from "Maximizing our profits" as per our agreement, by hiding non tip orders in stacked deliveries
What about it?
For the past week I have been contacting support to know the half pay of these stacked orders so I have the option to unassign one that is not worth doing.
Today I spoke to 5 different agents telling me they don't have that information, and now I got this support agent telling me that "the system" (aka Doordash) won't allow them to tell us this information.
First time dashing, does this look like a pretty good start?
What about it?
I started dashing 2 days ago for a few hours here in there when I had free time. Just looking for some insight, I am dashing in Hawaii (ewa & kapolei area) in case anyone here see’s this too & wants to offer their experiences!
Are customers geniuses or is it just a fluke?
What about it?
Twice in the past couple late nights dashing during great peak pay i had customers order 5 items on one order then 1 small item on another order(same customer, same address). Tonight was a Casey's(gas station) order for candy and drinks, then same person ordered 1 pack of skittles on another order. Barely tipped, but I got 2 delivery fees, both $5 peak pays. So $16.50 for 5 miles. Since this happened twice this week, do you think it's a fluke, or did they figure out a loop hole to get their orders quick without tipping?
