Why is there a blue spot on my cats tummy?

What about it?

We’ve had her for 4 years now, and I’ve never seen this on her. I tried to look up what it might be on google, but it wasn’t helping. I don’t know if it was there earlier, as it could be some sort of permanent dye from when she was spayed. It can’t be anything else from the outside though because her fur around it is unbothered; its just her skin. Just worried if it may be some medical issue.
