So I was picking up at Chipotle when I got an add on request to pick up from the wawa across the street. It was 6 bucks for less than 1 mile of additional travel. Awesome! Then I saw the list of items... it took the poor kid at wawa 15 minutes to gather and verify everything. I was close to unassigning it, but stuck it out. By the time I was heading out the door with my customer's 6 bags of goods, including refrigerated items and ice, there were 3 other poor dashers in the store who had to wait for their orders. I ran the Chipotle to the first customer, and she was super cool when I apologized for the delay. Then I dropped off the monster order. The house was completely dark inside and out, and the grass was like a foot tall. I wondered if anyone was even there, but I left the pile of food and drink at the door and moved on. Nice thing was I ended up getting $9 for it in the end, but geez, what an order for a wawa!
