Help identifying a bake!

What about it?

My mother is currently in the hospital and will be getting out soon, she’s been less than thrilled with the food, but she absolutely LOVES this cake. She says it has a pudding layer and a thick, almost fudge like frosting. Any idea what it is? I want to make it for her when she gets out.
