Earlier this year I baked a torte for my law student friends I wish my cuts came out cleaner but I thought it looked nice and it tasted amazing!

What about it?

Okay fellow bakers and eaters of baked goods, what are some savory bakes you enjoy? I want to diversify my baking and I'm getting a little tired of your typical sweet breads, cookies, cakes...etc. Here is a picture of some garlic rolls I made that I then ruined by putting under the broiler

First Wedding Cake on my own. Bride loved it, but don't be too harsh. Strawberry cake with Strawberry BC filling and iced with vanilla on the outside. I was a baker at a professional bakery, but not the cake decorator. Only did cupcakes, cookies, pies, etc.

What about it?

You can't beat a classic cream cheese frosting. Crumbs from the leveled top of the cake.

Help?! Was trying to make cookie bars and the top is overcooked while the middle is completely raw. My cookie dough was slightly cold, as it was stored in the fridge for a couple days. I've never had this problem though.

Crepe paper flowers on cake

What about it?

I’m making crepe paper flowers to put on a wedding cake. What can I use to coat the back of the flowers with so colors don’t bleed onto the white frosting on the cake? The picture attached is of one of the flowers I made. It’s colored crepe paper and I’m using paint or panpastels for accents.
