These are my stats, I can get through Radagon just fine but Elden Beast? I can barely scratch it.. any advice would be welcome..

I'm aware it's not the best but I I'm wondering if it's viable if only just a little. In my off hand is a nagakiba with seppuku aow with occult affinity for bleed proc. And in my main hand a second nagakiba with freezing mist and cold affinity for frostbite proc. As for talismans I have millicints prothestis, shard of alexander, stargazer heirloom, and Lord of blood Exaltatation. It's the best build using duel katanas that I could come up with after watching alot of YouTube videos. So, is it at the very least decent? Out should I change some things
