Won't let me tip

I'm sick with food poisoning and I needed some stuff from the store. So I ordered from doordash. I usually try to add the tip rather then start the order with the tip. Well when I pressed add tip it kept saying unexpected error occurred. I tried multiple times. This is absolutely ridiculous cuz I had no cash and wasn't able to show appreciation to the driver.

I’ve been dashing for a couple of weeks now and still can’t fast pay. Help?

I hate when tips like this are hidden until after the delivery because I want to properly thank them in person for such a high tip but I don’t know until after I leave! Also this specific order was phone calls only so I couldn’t even text her to say thank you 😭

I’ve done like 500 shop & deliver orders. First time I’ve ever had all out of stock cuz they ordered 3 obscure energy drinks. Spent 10 min looking for everything & then had to go thru this whole prompt to cancel the order…for half pay? If their offer screen says GUARANTEE then that’s what it should be. It shouldn’t vary because stores are out of stock. F*ck that.
