Anyone else experience anything like this?
My app glitched the other day, and I was kicked off my dash and hourly as if I had missed multiple orders.
I had declined 2 orders before, assuming I could get my AR back over 70% by the end of the month.
But after the glitch I was put down to 64% and even after taking 24 orders, it’s still 64%.
DD support says the escalated a ticket but…
Anyone else have a similar issue?

Doordash has always had slow times, but you could still make decent money most of the time, but this seems to be a new all time low, I don't ever remember summer being this bad and I've been dashing for 4-5 years

doordash says no time slots are available for the day and this has only happened since the last update, doordash is never fully scheduled in my area as it’s very new here (1 month old) customer service is trying to make me think that it’s actually fully booked but there is no way it’s not an app error. does anyone know a solution to this?

I see people getting deactivated for low acceptance rates. Every order I've declined except 2 have been from low tips.
One support refused to refund me when the store didn't have the order. It was an Advanced Auto and they "do their own deliveries" idk why they are on Doordash then and waste drivers times. And the other was a the ghost Chipotle in my area after driving in circles for 10 minutes and being to frustrated to call support.
I barely dash anymore anyway Instacart is much better.
