Do your cats eat veggies too ?

What about it?

When my cat (pic for attention) asked to eat my food, I would give my veggies (the one safe for cats to eat). He liked it but rather eat his food. One night he was trying to steal cauliflower off my plate and loved it. I now make him zucchini (boil it separately so it has no salt or anything else on it) and give it to him a snack. I read online that those veggies are good for cat and since he’s always begging me for food, it helps me give him a snack that won’t make him overweight. Wondering if anyone else is doing this ? And how their cat are doing. Are veggies safe to give cats regularly?
