Please help! Did I mess these up? I dipped them in white chocolate and then painted on the cow spots with milk chocolate I melted down. It’s been an hour or two and the milk chocolate is still drying.

What liquids can be used for lustre dust to stick? I want to try to make it stick to chocolate but what I'm seeing on the internet is just alcohol, and the aim is to get the effect similar to the golden chocolate/pearls in the image ^ The cake needs to be PG for school purposes.
