Headphone works with iphone but mic won’t work

What about it?

I use it for pubg once I plug it in, it lights up and headset sound works but once i turn on my mic in pubg. It then switches to iphone speaker instead and sound wont work again on the headset till I turn it off.

Every time I search something on safari on my iPhone im met with this super annoying google prompt pop up how can I stop this I do not want to sign into my google account on my phone and just want to use the search engine as normal through safari
