Best food options for a cat who recently had 11 teeth extracted?

Tyler recently had most of the left side of his mouth extracted. He has healed but now seems to not be interested in kibble and eats it quite slowly (naturally he has half the mouth he did) what are some better ideas for food types that he would enjoy eating and are healthy? Male, 6/7 years.
