Did they change the date TD goes into effect?

I made sure I was at 70% AR with over 100 deliveries. I had that on June 29 so I didn’t Dash on the 30th so they wouldn’t screw up my AR. I noticed I still have to schedule, so I chatted. I was sent this. I sent them a screenshot of the rules on the app but they didn’t care. (Shocking!)
Question for Top Dashers: Does DD ever screw you out of getting TD?

I had 70% AR, 95% CR, and 103 deliveries in June. I’ve called support numerous times and they keep telling me my AR was 68% and only did 74 deliveries, so I don’t get TD for July. I noticed in my app it is counting a few June days as May income. Is this why their numbers aren’t adding up, cuz they can’t do basic math?

I recently got deactivated because i did not renew my license but never received a deactivation email. I filed a dispute with doordash and one with checkr with proof that my license was reactivated and I received this email i was wondering what it meant and if someone had a similar experience.

So I had a delivery and it was a leave at the door. So I always took pictures to protect myself incase the customer claims they didn’t recieve their order. This customer was waiting outside and wouldn’t let me get a picture for the app. He said I can mark handed it to customer. I told him that’s fine but I want a picture for my records and he said “This is BullS**t†and snatched the order up before I could get a picture and stormed inside. Well I got a picture of his back walking into the house. I called DD and informed them of the situation. Meanwhile I wasn’t leaving the location until I got it cleared by DD since I didn’t hand it to him so I didn’t wanna lie in the app. So he called and claimed harassment on me and DD knew I was still there. So tell me how could he claim harassment on me when DD had my side of the story before his. It just baffles me. They told me to file an appeal. I told them that’s not right they side with the customer and don’t even investigate before deactivating.
Lol. I told them to deactivate me and they refused.

I logged on to Dash with no intentions of picking anything up. I accepted the first no tip order and started dinner. An hour later I had forgotten about it and was eating my steak at home and they started messaging me.
