OPM theory/headcanon: Metal Bat is at the bottom of S class because of hero inactivity. Okay so does it truly make sense that Metal Bat is the bottom of S class when he came WAY closer to beating Garou than many of the other S class did and many of them had help too. Plus Metal Bat just got done fighting Elder Centipede. And the creator has confirmed Garou literally would have died if Metal Bats little sister hadn’t shown up. His last attack was going to end Garou and he only didn’t do that because his sister arrived. All of this makes it make 0 sense Metal Bat is ranked so low. So my headcanon is that Metal Bat is less active than the other heroes due to school/taking care of his sister and that’s why he’s ranked at the bottom. He’s low ranked because he’s still young and has obligations. Agree or disagree with me? Do you feel I’m just hyping him too much or do you agree it doesn’t make sense he’s ranked low?
