If you need a laugh, look how my version of NYT’s [Chamomile Tea Cake with Strawberry Icing](https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1023127-chamomile-tea-cake-with-strawberry-icing?smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share) turned out. I was having a lovely chat with an old friend on the phone, and was so engaged in the conversation I didn’t realize I over baked AND over-strawberried it. Oops. It’s now lovingly referred to as meatloaf bread. At least it tastes great!
