I was playing solo behind a foursome today at my home course for 6 holes until they eventually let me play thru at a downhill par 3. I hit the greatest shot of my life and jarred it in front of the foursome. Went in to buy their drinks and bring it out to them since the cart girl wasn’t out and the halfway house was closed; this couldn’t have been a more perfect scenario. It was a SEVERELY downhill par 3 (187 yards from the blue tees) took an 8 iron and flushed the crap out of it; hit 3 feet in front of the hole and rolled in. Luckiest shot of my life.

Took a mental health day and went to play 18

What about it?

Absolutely worth it and I recommend it for anyone that is able. Course was Oak Valley in Beaumont, CA

Hole 14 at the Renaissance is spectacular

I know it’s fake because it’s a simulator, but as someone who has been playing golf <18 mos and has never broken 100 I’m feeling really excited about recent improvements

It’s a completely different game when you at least have a moderate sense of control
