What about it?
I got a shit dinner from a food truck (raw shrimp) so I was pretty hungry around 8pm. Ordered some fast food, tipped 6.50 for about 2 miles (6 min drive). Dasher followed my poor instructions and left it at the wrong hotel room. They were helpful when I called, but someone stole the food. I contacted support and got a refund, reordered, and the same dasher got assigned. Met them in the lobby this time and was able to chat for a sec and they were really nice, we both apologized, and I appreciated their sincerity and kindness so I added extra after the fact. Dashers do hard work and although I hate the concept of the work, those of us who can throw a few bucks extra on tips absolutely should.
Am I the only one who gets butt hurt when my order is immediately re-assigned?
What about it?
I ordered $30 of food and tipped $7 for a 1.5 mile drive from the restaurant. Once connected to the driver, I asked that they leave the food by the door but not to knock. They immediately unassigned. I sent a note to the next dasher stating the same thing but adding it was due to a sleeping baby so they didn’t think it was a scammer. But nothing - and now my order time keeps getting delayed 😫 please feed me ðŸ™ðŸ»
