Should I get the flames shaded? More info in post

Got the flames as my first tattoo a month ago, and the barbed wire done yesterday.
Now that I’ve had the barbed wire, I think the flames might look a bit better if they’re shaded in a gradient starting from the top down?

Japanese full sleeve with existing forearm tattoo?

I’m trying to decide my next tattoo and locations and I’m curious -
1) does anyone know if a tattoo artist that does traditional Japanese work, would do a full sleeve on an arm with a existing tattoo on my right forearm? Or would they not want to mix the work and want to do my other arm that doesn’t have any tattoos? I’ve attached a pic that’s similar to what I have.
2) do you think it would ruin the look of the sleeve if I did get it done on my right arm with the existing tattoo?
