What about it?

Found this little one, abandoned, dirty, dehydrated, in unbelievable heat, the farel mama has 4 more down by the creek and they seem good (trying to catch them and get them all fixed) .. anyway got this baby cleaned up and rehydrated, doesn't want to eat kitten formula or water, and has a little bright red blood in poop,,, she is very active, super friendly, not crying or distressed, but is really fighting against food,,, nothing is open until tomorrow, any suggestions ?

Iris our little over a year kitty. When we first got her she was mostly gray and black with speckles of orange, recently all the gray and black is starting to shed non stop and she is getting really fluffy and orange!? I've never seen a cat do this!
