Hello everyone, today a fly sat on me and persistently did not want to get off. An interesting detail is the red shoot on her abdomen, rummaged through the entire Internet to find out what it is, but did not find an answer, does anyone know what it is?

Found this monster on my Chinese evergreen next to a few leaves he had freshly mutilated.

While up camping last week, I came across this guy with beautiful iridescent wings and a seemingly unique pattern on them. I’d love to know what kind of fly (or not) it is! (Found in the La Salle mountains in Utah, if that helps!)

Is this a yellow sac spider? Found in Canada, in one of the cups I use for coffee.
