Water filtration system
What about it?
Hello,
I have a sink with a spray faucet on the side that I never use. I'm considering installing a water filtration system under the sink and utilizing the existing hole where the nozzle comes out.
If necessary, I could install a new tap in that hole, but since I'm in a rental, I prefer not to. My plan is to keep the spray nozzle and connect the filtration system between the spray hose and the cold water supply. This way, I can use the spray nozzle to pour the filtered water.
I must clarify that I'm new to plumbing; the most complex thing I've done is installing a bidet. If you have any advice or feedback on this drinking water solution, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
I am a complete amateur to plumbing, the most I’ve done is installed a bidet (which changed my life and I recommend you try it!). Any feedback on this drinking water solution would be appreciated.
Installing Slop Sink with grey water pup
What about it?
I want to install a slop sink with a grey water pump to get the water up to the house sanitary line. Two questions:
I’m pretty handy. Is this a job you think a homeowner can do?
Would I just cut into the straight line and install a T or 45 to connect to the pump?
