A "Purple Pink Rapunzel Cake" for my daughter's 3rd birthday!

What about it?

Do you think she'll like it?? We're celebrating tomorrow, so won't have pictures of the inside until then--but it's lots and lots of chocolate! I can't wait for her to see it!!

Strawberry Shortcake

What about it?

Strawberry Shortcake 3 Large Eggs 3/4 C. Sugar 3/4 C. Flour Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease and Flour Flan Pan to a "Fare-Thee-Well" (No, cooking spray won't "do." Softened butter, smeared on thick with waxed paper.) Make sure to get every little nook & cranny. Beat eggs, beat in sugar, then flour. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake about 15-20 minutes; until cake springs back when lightly touched.Let the cake cool on a rack briefly. (10 min?) Then turn out onto a cake plate. If cake is being stubborn, use a butter knife to "encourage" it out. Fill centre with strawberries, slice, and serve topped with whipped cream. (To me, the biggest pain is the greasing of the pan)
