Pop rating gone down significantly after getting top dasher

My rating has gone down a lot this week after finally getting top dasher for the first time. Anyone know how i can get it up above 4.7 for next month if thats possible. Does it work the same as AR, it’s frustrating because i’ve done everything correctly

Can't schedule in advance anymore?

I know we can schedule 6 days in advance, the shifts would open at 3PM my time. I had no issues since I started in January, now there's no shifts at all at 9PM?... Can anyone tell me why? I think I might know why; my completion rate dropped under 90% for a few hours max, that's the only thing I can think of, but I just can't confirm it. Can someone help?

Black suv that I stopped to help. She missed the road because she wasn't paying attention. Pizzas and drinks somehow managed to stay in her seat. She told me she had to keep her foot on the brake cause her emergency brake didn't work. I called hwy patrol and tow truck for her. This is why it is so important to pay attention when your driving in all kinds of conditions. Just imagine if it had been raining and night time.

Never again party city

What about it?

5,000 orders in and never had this happen. I had the normal party city split order. I get there in my Prius C and go in. Order is ready, hit confirm pick up and goto my car. Here is the problem. There is no chance it will fit. Doordash Premium support solution...return the order... no half pay... also acceptance and completetion rate hit. Hell there is also a chance in a few months I get outright banned for them unassigning the order after I confirmed pickup.
