Does the on time rating affect anything?

If you get a few of these, it's game over. You're playing Russian roulette chasing top dasher and taking low paying orders because these customers typically want free deliveries plus free food. Be careful out there especially if you depend on deliveries to make a living.

The only reason I maintain top - or status is for the Ability to work anytime. Supposedly I didn't qualify for top Dasher this month. Ridiculous
