The lock for my bathroom door in my hotel was installed the wrong way, and guess what, it doesn't even move when you twist the lock.

I live on the second floor and the package was delivered at the bottom of the stairs. When I went down to get it, it wasn't there anymore :/. A couple days ago I also had a package from Chewy that said delivered (but the rest of of the order wasn't) while I was at work. Came home to nothing and assumed that whoever was handling it must've misclicked. Next day, after I got home from work, the package was there, opened, and one of the food box was opened too. Just why?
