Flea home spray
What about it?
I haven't seen a conclusive answer anywhere about this. Long story short, we took a dog in and he was outside for an undetermined amount of time and has fleas. We gave him a flea shampoo bath, he has a flea collar now and he is quarantined to one room. He has significantly less fleas now and we are bathing him with soap daily to keep him clean and remove dead fleas, eggs or stragglers. He hasn't been near the rabbit at all and I've been keeping my time in the rabbit's room limited to be careful since I'm going near the dog.
We bought "Natural Care Flea & Tick Home Spray" to spray the floors, walls, furniture, etc. We haven't seen fleas anywhere but we are trying to be as careful as possible. My question is would it be okay to spray anything in the rabbits room? I'm thinking at the very least, I can spray the door or the outside by the door to prevent any fleas from going in the room. I'm not sure if the ingredients would be bothersome to the bunny though which is where the real question comes up. I want to make sure I'm not doing any damage by accident. I'm trying to be preventive and very cautious so I want to make sure I do it right. The picture shows the ingredients. I'm reading rabbits don't like peppermint oil but I don't know if that's only like pure oil? I'm not sure how it works. I figured I'd just ask to be safe.
