What about it?

Today would have been his 72nd birthday. He passed away June 2021. After limiting contact thru the pandemic, this was the first (and last) time we got together as a family. We had a wonderful Father's Day celebration with all the grandkids. He unexpectedly had a stroke that following Monday (blood clot went to the brain) and we lost him on that Thursday. I miss you so much Dad. Happy Birthday. I wish you were still here.

He had a huge smile on his face when he saw me...I really hope it meant a lot to him that I came to see him. Loved him so so much.

What about it?

He was already battling the disease for +/- 6 years, though his final year was by far the worst and quickest decline. RIP Opie, I love you

What about it?

He died in a car crash a few months later. Athlete, brother, son, amazing friend. He loved life and had a very good soul. Not a person I know would have anything bad to say about him 🙏🏻 🕊️

Hailey Dunn, 13, with her mother and stepdad on Christmas 2010. Just two days later, she was reported missing from their home, and her remains were found in 2013. While her stepdad was a suspect and was eventually arrested, he was later released from jail and her murder sadly remains unsolved.

Last (candid but appreciated) photo with my dad taken a few moments after the nurses started administering the drugs to end his life. He passed about 4 hours after this, August 19th 2023. Glad he’s not in pain anymore 🕊️

My beautiful mom left us after two and a half years of battling aggressive cancer. My heart is shattered. I will look for you in everything, mom.
