Which Airline is this? Spotted this cool livery in Frankfurt

DC-10 is seen during it's first flight on August 29, 1970 at the Long Beach factory.

I know that this airspace is special for obvious reasons, but still found this odd. Anyone knows why they'd do this? perhaps didn't follow the cleared route?

What is going on here. I see lots of flights destined for MIA or Palm Beach are making these kinds of odd routes that actually take them closer to Idalia than a more direct route? Can anyone explain please?
