Uhhh guys is it over for my pc

I was playing a game and my pc just shut off randomly. I tried turning it back on but nothing on my screen would display, just a signal error. I tried holding the power button and this happens. I did it again and basically the same thing showed up but w/o mentioning it was in safe mode.

Grandma got me a salt lamp for my POTS

So I am in the process of being diagnosed with POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). One of the recommendations is to drink a lot of water and EAT a lot of salt. She read on her own about POTS and the salt and ordered me a surprise salt lamp so I would feel better.
