How do I keep stray cats from my garden

The neighbourhood cats keeps coming in my garden and they take it as their toilet so they poop everywhere. The thing is they are stray they have parasites I’ve seen them when we have to clean after them multiples times a day. We tried everything the repulsive solutions etc, vinegar, baking soda on the poop. Right now we want to build a fence so they won’t come in at all. Because our current fence is linked with the neighbours and they come climbing it Any advice on which type on fence would work ? Tbh I like cats but I don’t like stray cats poop in my garden. They also destroyed my plants. We don’t want to put a cat litter because it’s something we want to get rid off I mean one stray cat would have been ok but they are like a dozens. Also they have parasites and it’s just something we would prefer to avoid as we are going to have a baby and we’re not feeling it right to have one of these stray cats near our kid. Like what if our kid plays in the garden and become intoxicated because of their poo. Or if one of them decide to attack as I know they are marking their territory. Any advice is greatly appreciated. We thought about buying a fence like this but I’m worried they’ll Climb this one too.
