[1091 SPOILER] Is she from the three eye tribe?

Does this look like a third eye or am I reading too much into it? So far Pudding is the only known person, could be interesting if Miss buckingham is also a three eye. So what if miss buckingham will join the cross guild with the request to rescue weevil and in exchange she reveals to be a third eye to help buggy to read the porneglyphs for him. That would make every contender for the one piece be able to read them. Luffy has Robin, Blackbeard has Pudding, Shanks has probably some giant and Buggy would have Miss Buckingham.
