Mold in my shoes. Can I save this?

I put my shoes in the washing machine, and clearly it was a huge mistake. The shoes didn’t dry quickly enough, so one pair has this mold in it. It’s a new mold, so wasn’t there for months. Can I save my shoes? I really really love them, and normally I would buy a new pair of the same model, but I just checked and this model is no longer available 😭😭 There is an insole that should be put on this red layer, so my foot would not be in direct contact with the mold. Pls help

Keyboard Wrist Pad Gunk

This, I believe, is dead skin and dirt on the wrist pad of my Microsoft Ergo keyboard. The wrist pad is not hard plastic, so it’s hard to clean off. I’ve only tried disinfecting wipes to clean it TBH.
