The state is the worst!

I was out hunting the other week and I shot a beautiful 8 point Axis. Upon getting up close to the animal, I realized it had an irregular antler that I couldn’t see from afar I figured I would call the state about it (I’m from Texas) just to be on the safe side. They responded with an $800 fine! This is ridiculous, how can people be treated this way! Thoughts?

Someone’s bike at my apartment got both their front and rear tires stolen, the frame is locked

The city is known for car and bike theft. I go to the university a couple blocks away and mainly students live in this building. Most don’t realize that even using a bike lock won’t save you. We have indoor bike storage too.
