ideas on how to clean this spider hand design up?

I like the spider. I just got the background lines done to fill space, but it's very messy, and cuts off abruptly. maybe some shading around the spider to emphasize it more? I'd appreciate any ideas to improve this.

Got my full sleeve finished yesterday (upper arm/shoulder). There is something bugging me about it. Does anyone else notice it as well or am I just picky?

any ideas for covering the verse? i like simple and dainty tattoos. im thinking either hearts, some sort of flower bouquet, some sort of expansion of the butterfly, or little moon phases mostly filled in. but not sure if that could work? any advice appreciated, thank you!!

Agony and anger

I wanna make a tatoo but wanna hear some opinions first (edited on)

I want to do 2 tatoos, one is allready figured out and the other is this symbol from a video game on my shoulder. Today I went to speak to the artists of the tattoo shop, when I got there they sayd that the symbol shouldn't be put there because... honestly i didnt really follow what the guy meant when he discussed to me abt it, I think it was more a talk about the "canvas" my arm provides for further tatoos but he also sayd its just his oppinion, they told me how "small" they can make it and went home to think abt it. When I got home, I somewhat photoshoped the design in the spot where I want it, see how it would fit (yes with the aproximate size they told me it would be) and... im not sure, i like it but the talk (that is till dont remember what it was about) the guy gave me its been on my mind since and I wanna hear the oppinions of people who actually got a tattoo/are tattoo artists about my decission. (Sorry if my text is a mess, my mind is a bit stressed lately and lately my gramar its been a bit unstable)

Could this become a Bat?

This picture is a good 10 years, just can't get a good photo at it now at the moment. So my idea is to turn this into Bat and then add an American tradition vampire based on Nadja from What we do in the Shadows with some trad flowers to pull it all together.
