One agent says no refund, the second gives me a refund
I ordered a pizza from Casey's and at the ETA a Dasher had not been assigned. I tip. So I know that isn't the problem. I went to chat on the app. The first agent tells me I can't cancel if I want a full refund. I have to wait until I get my cold food to complain. Then tells me about the bid thing. I told her I know all about it; cold food is for non-tippers. She refuses to return my money in full if I cancel and ends the chat.
That pissed me off, so I started another. This guy apologized and refunded me right away & canceled the order. So obviously the first agent just didn't want to do it.
