A strap with some interesting clips

I have no idea what this goes to, but I'd like to know so I can "round file" it or store it.

What is this object for? The lid opens and closes and it has a mechanism to unfold to the size of an wristband. It also has a short chain on it.

5cm rectangular object with rings on either side and playing card design. Lightweight. Back is sparkly resin.

Found along a trail in Waterton Canyon in Colorado.

A small round brass container with something black on the sides. It’s 3.75” tall by 2.5” in diameter. Also there is a very very small horse engraved (stamped) on the bottom. What would it have been used for.
