What bit me?

Woke up with this bite about a week ago. I picked at it and the whole little area turned black, like a scab almost but not hard. Picked it off again and now it just looks weird.

Please help is this a bed bug or roach?

I don't really want the answer... But I do... curiosity killed the cat

Happened to turn around and look at just the right time to see this spider crawling on my pillow. Needless to say I acted like a scared little girl and called for help... we were gonna just let it go back outside, but it decided to choose violence so it was killed.

Moth larva,anyone know the species?
