Cant see iphone on find my

So my boyfriends phone has been dead since thursday and I just logged into find my on safari to see where the last location was but it won’t show anything. ik from personal experience it’ll always show where the last location even if it’s dead but it says this. he had find my set up though because we share our locations so i’m confused on why it would be saying this.

When I’m connected to my headphones, there’s no volume control on the Lock Screen - how come?

Weird thing on the corner of the screen

I have a weird patch on the corner( on the left side) of my Iphone 14 Pro and I don’t know what is that. I hope is just a defect on my screen protector and not a bug with my screen. Can U help me with it?
