24H post-tat Saniderm question
Got my first ink yesterday! Artist said to leave the Sani on for 4 days. The bottom part of the tat is pretty filled up with fluid (it sloshes and jiggles when I walk). It is probably fine but I’m wondering how much buildup is too much?? I don’t have another Sani to reapply. The color sections of course wept the heaviest.
Need some help looking for a design
Time and time ago this was posted on here by someone else, and the site in which had the original symbols (eighthourday) has changed since then so im hoping for some help from the community to find what exactly this style of language or symbology it is. I have forgotten what this symbol (or mix of symbols) means exactly but it is along the lines of continuing to live to learn, grow and be better.
Placement ideas?
Hey guys - I need your help with the placement of this tattoo idea.
So, this is the one tattoo I ever wanted to have. I think this might be too small for this amount of detail - so I wouldn't mind scaling it up a bit.
But since it's a tattoo that's meaningful for me only, I don't really want to show it everybody.
And that's where I need your help; I really don't know where to put it. I'm a bit scared that it will look weird on places like arms or legs because of the curve of the bowl won't be following the curve of my arm etc. And I'm also a bit scared of the pain... So things like ribcage sound quite terrifying.
What are your takes and ideas on this?
Need some feedback
Got my first tattoo a couple months ago. I asked for a traditional, fat line, Sailor Jerry style diamond, in white, with a little grey glow just to give some depth. I know the white fades, but the white part was significant because it’s a memorial piece for my grandmother.
When I look at it, it just feels a little fine-line and delicate to me. Also a little blotchy. I haven’t decided if I should have the artist try to thicken the white lines, if I want to find another artist to try the same, or if I’m just being overly picky.
Could use some opinions.
