Scammed by Apple

I had purchased an IPhone 12, just 3 months back. I was facing issue of repetitive restart and had given it to apple authorised service center. The phone was under warranty, in perfect condition. No one contacted me from the service center, i had no written communication from the service center about the cost estimate and what I am paying for. Now I receive this note from service center without giving me the cause. What should I do?

Apple should introduce the swipe to call or something like that. During a call, when I try to click the end call button, if the other person ends the call quickly before I click the button, I end up clicking another person’s number in recent calls and end up calling them. Does it happen to you?

So uh how do I go about this?

Woke up and IPhone 14 pro max Screen just flashes green (factory reset doesn’t work)

I had my phone around the hot tub last night, but it at no point fell in the water. My phone also has no cracks never been dropped. It was working just like normal up untill I fell asleep. I had it plugged into a 20W charger (quick charger) that had an adaptor of usb-c to usb with an older usb cord attached. When I work up the screen was all black I did the factory reset and when do the screen goes green for about 3 seconds then back to black. The phone works in terms of when the screen i/ black and I can hold volume and power and it sends it into SOS mode and makes the alarm. Is my display just fried? What would yall recommend my course of action to be? Thanks All and happy Labor Day 😃

iPhone 14 Pro - Ultrawide Cracked Internally?

Has anyone else had any issues with their iPhone 14 Pro Ultrawide camera seemingly being cracked with no visible damage whatsoever? Contacted Apple support who wanted £79, and to put a £980 hold on my debit card upfront, despite me babying this phone and not causing this problem! Went onto the Apple website and managed to book a repair for free (I live nowhere near an Apple Store or ASP), so I hope there’s no charge since this seems like a faulty camera lens or sensor…
