How do I make a roof pop off?

How do I make a roof pop off so I can see the interior. I'm making a moc that has 3 floors I want to be able to pop each segment off so I can see the interior of each floor, how does one do it?

Finished after 4 years

I bought this set 4 years back, but all the pieces came in 1 bag, which melted my little brain. Was able to mostly finish it, just missing a few pieces and all minifigs (except a part of Warrior Kitty and Lucy's weapons) It's been through 2 moves, 3 houses. Hoping to add them to my LEGO City soon, maybe even find the minifigs if I'm lucky!
