Stuck in the UC Vigilance ship

I got held captive in this ship and one of the space npc lead me to here, I have no idea how to get out, I tried fast traveling and everything, all there is a door that I can't open and Docking Port Computer

Are there any mods or ways to remove the module limit in the ship builder?

I’m looking for this ship. Supposedly it’s on Cydonia, but the ship guy never has it in stock. Anybody know how to find it?
