Memorial Tattoo gone wrong

Hi All, my sister got this tattoo as a memorial to our Dad who died this year. She’s really happy with the design overall but intended for the clock to read 20:17 which is the time he passed. Technically it does read 20:17 if you look at the numerals, however at first glance this looks like 21:17 because they clock numbers are skewed. She paid a lot of money for this and should be able 100% happy with it. The shop have offered her to go back to work out a solution, so I was wondering if anyone might have any ideas (particularly artists) to correct/ cover this without taking away from the main design. add text or don’t add text?

I’ve been wanting to get a glitch-style or possibly neon-esque eye tattoo for a while now, I like the idea of having the text wrap around it but I feel like that only suits well with a neon design? If I keep the glitch pattern should I just stick with the eye? This is literally the only thing keeping me from scheduling the appointment at this point is my horrible indecision This is my current design I want to base off of (commissioned from a friend), but I’m not heldfast to any specific design.
