Do we know what Shattered Space actually adds?

I wonder if the price of the deluxe edition is worth it without early access as a factor, and if shattered space is worth the $34. Do we even know how much content it adds?

Can someone explain why I can’t land at locations?

I’m trying to land at locations that have landing pads and it ends up putting me hundreds of meters away. Am I doing something wrong or it just being goofy?
