Anybody else annoyed by*read body*)

I’ve chatted with support pretty much every time this happens. At first it was very cookie cutter copy paste replies but today the agents have been saying that they are aware of the issue and that it’s being worked on, the last agent I talked to mentioned that drivers affected by this issue will be compensated. They didn’t mention how but I sure hope it’s a pizza party 🙄
