Getting so annoyed that this stuff is happening so often now. S&D are best ways to make money in my market and this happens on nearly every single order. Toilet paper is the worst!

Had this for a little over a month now and it seems pretty well made. The best part is the size. It fits perfectly in my passenger seat although it touches the door panel lol. It’s much bigger than the standard DoorDash bag and even bigger than the one Grubhub provided.

I got a violation yesterday that I hadn’t delivered an order. The guy had put it down as “hand it to me†then wouldn’t open the door. On the other side of the equation, I wasn’t going to just leave the food when his instruction had been clear. I snapped a photo of the food and his door. He had a Ring cam so he was probably watching me. Eventually he opened the door and took the food with a thank you. I only noticed the violation later when he filed that the order had not been received.
Given my GPS was there, I use DriversNote for tracking, I have the photo and a stellar score and 100% delivery completion on 850 orders for DD, I expect the violation to be cleared or it will vanish in 100 orders from now. In the interim, this pisses me off. I decided I wouldn’t bother delivering today because of asshats who scam. Anybody else get this way? I’ll be fine tomorrow probably.

I’ve chatted with support pretty much every time this happens. At first it was very cookie cutter copy paste replies but today the agents have been saying that they are aware of the issue and that it’s being worked on, the last agent I talked to mentioned that drivers affected by this issue will be compensated. They didn’t mention how but I sure hope it’s a pizza party 🙄
