Alternative LLM to Chat GPT- Concerning data collection on Code Llama

I found this information in the privacy policies on Code Llama. Is the amount of data Code Llama collects from individuals concerning? It appears they can collect all activity on your computer/ phone. Should I consider getting a burner phone if I want to use Code Llama? I typically could care less if they can see my contacts on Facebook and what apps I have on my phone but when they can track my activity and my conversations on those apps and my browser activity on Code Llama, that appears to cross the line for me. What are your thoughts? Am I reading these policies wrong? Does Chat GPT do something similar?
