What is this bug swimming through a pool of bug spray?

Found in Northwest Arkansas Apartment

Could just be a basic beetle but I'd love more info

I live in Southern Maine and have a pond and some woods in my backyard. I been waking up with what I think are bug bites but not sure what they're from. Is this the bitey kind of spider? Also is it venomous or something. Appreciate any info I can get on em.
