Confused while purchasing

So I was thinking to buy Flatout 2 but saw this, now I'm confused whether it's a steal or not because it has Flatout 1 and 2 but also 3 so that's why I'm asking.

Is there a way to remove or at least hide achievements in the game's activity?

The Astley Paradox

What is this? It’s the cream/off white parts that are sticking out from the back of this house, there’s a wire attached that doesn’t really go anywhere. Any help is appreciated

What is this? It’s on the back of someone I know’s house, they have lived there 20+ years and never been able to find out what it is. It’s the two off white/cream things sticking out from the side of the house, the white wire you see trailing down from it doesn’t really go anywhere. We’ve been trying to rack our brains and tried finding out the history of the house and nothing has come up (apart from it’s over 100 years old), tried to image reverse it and still nothing. This house is in England. I’m thinking it might be one of the old style telephone connectors but I’m not 100% so hence why I’ve come here. It’s been bugging me for the past few 10 or years tbf
